STEP 2 - REGISTRATION CONDITIONS (Event)
(1) Media Permission: at each forum, Conviction Group captures moments of the event through photo and video. Due to the size of the event, students may be photographed and/or filmed during the day. All attending students will require media permission. Schools will be required to insert the following media permission disclaimer into their school permission note: (2) Speakers: whilst all speakers have confirmed their attendance at the time of this publication, Conviction Group cannot guarantee their attendance and should they withdraw, schools will be notified immediately. Transport: Conviction Group is not responsible for transport and parking to and from the venue. For any parking related enquiries, please contact the Parramatta RSL. Catering: snacks, morning tea and lunch will be served at the forum. (3) Conviction Group will cater for all dietary requirements on the day (provided schools list all attendee dietary requirements on the attendee details form). For health reasons, attendees are not to bring their own food to the forum. Student Health Conditions: attending teachers are required to ensure that students with health conditions carry with them the appropriate medical tools (e.g. an inhaler if asthmatic). STEP 2 - REGISTRATION CONDITIONS (Students)
(1) Maximum Attendees: the forum will be strictly limited to 240 students in total, with a limit of 15 students to be accompanied by a maximum of 1 teacher per school. (2) School Uniform: all students are required to wear their full school uniform to the forum. Hats are not allowed to be worn inside the forum venue. (3) Student Name Changes: whilst a school confirms the number of students attending at the start of the registration process, changes to the student name list can be made up until close of business on Friday, 24th of March 2017.

STEP 3 - BOOKING CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS
PLEASE NOTE: Any booking cancellations or amendments to the number of students registered after the invoice has been generated will still hold the school liable for full payment. Please ensure that you are certain of the number of attendees you are registering for the forum before completing this form.
