We're looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, organised and has great interpersonal skills! You will be joining our People & Culture portfolio which is responsible for the initiatives that help make being a leader in our organisation an experience that is both enjoyable and provides an opportunity for growth. We need someone who enjoys working with people to understand their professional (and personal) goals but also understands how a business operates. You will work closely with Managers to implement and support activities that promote the Conviction Group's Cultural Principles. You don't need to have any previous People & Culture (Human Resources) experience but we would welcome it if you do.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment of new leaders and guide how we advertise, screen and interview
Own the onboarding program and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure new leaders are set up for success
Support our Managers to continually teach and lead by our Cultural Principles
Provide advice and support to our leaders on people related matters
Contribute to the development of people policies, documents and agreement
