People and Culture Officer
We're looking for someone who is passionate about making an impact in the community to join our Internal Leadership Team. The People & Culture Officer will take ownership of the initiatives and activities that help make being part of Conviction Group an experience that is both enjoyable and impactful to the community.
People and Culture Officer
- Managing recruitment from initial attraction, screening, interviewing and offer through too on-boarding.
- Own the on-boarding program and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure new leaders are set up for success.
- Supporting our managers to continually drive our ‘Cultural Principles’.
- Contribute to the development of people policies, documents and agreements in line with our culture principles.
- Take responsibility for enabling and measuring leadership capabilities and success by implementing recognition programs and fostering cultural principles.
- Provide advice and support to our leaders from on-boarding through to off-boarding.
