We're looking for someone to who is friendly, approachable and eager to solve problems! You will be joining our Technology Team which is responsible for implementing and supporting the technology we use. We need someone who is able to troubleshoot IT problems and translate "tech talk" into easy to follow steps. You will work closely with different teams and supporting different initiatives across the organisation. You don't need any previous IT experience to join us in this position, however we won't say no if you do.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new users onto systems (Microsoft 365, Trello and Salesforce)
Provide technology advice and guidance to users on software and hardware
Resolve problems and queries in an effective and timely manner
Help identify, design and implement new technology solutions
